Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed and on the way to you within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date of payment confirmation. Custom-made or personalized items may require additional processing time, and we will provide you with an estimated delivery date upon order confirmation.​
Shipping Methods:
We offer standard shipping and expedited shipping. The available shipping methods will be displayed during the checkout process.
Shipping Costs: We offer $5 flat rate standard shipping on all orders, as well as FREE SHIPPING on orders over $100. We offer expedited shipping at a higher rate.
Shipping Locations:
We currently ship across the US – but are happy to support international purchases - if your country is not listed, please contact us to explore alternative shipping options.
Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment.
Shipping Timeframes:
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3 to 10 business days from the date of shipment.
Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3 to 5 business days from the date of shipment depending on final destination of the parcel.
International Shipping:
For international orders, please note that customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Address Accuracy:
Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect address information.
Delayed Shipments:
In the rare event of a shipping delay, we will promptly notify you of any changes to the estimated delivery time.
Lost or Damaged Shipments:
If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.
If you receive a product or package that is damaged, please take a picture of the damaged package or product and email it to hello@knickerbockerlane.com. In the email, please include detailed photos of the damaged item. Once your email has been received and approved for return / exchanged you will get an email from us explaining how to complete the return process.
Return & Exchange Policy
Exchange / Return Policy:
We want you to love your Knickerbocker Lane jewelry, but we understand sometime things happen. So, we want you to know about our exchange and return policies. In the unlikely event something doesn’t meet your expectations, we are happy to help you to exchange your purchase for store credit or merchandise.
We are able to offer refunds for damaged goods that have been approved for return.
Exchanges are accepted within 2 weeks of the delivery date.
In order to make an exchange, the jewelry must be unworn, and in its original packaging. We want you to be thrilled with our jewelry so if you need to initiate an exchange, please start by contacting us HERE and be sure to let us know what about the jewelry did not meet your expectations. Once your email has been received and approved for return/exchange you will get an email with the next steps to complete the return/exchange.
